The Common Cause society, (A registered society) approached Pavan Duggal to take advice on issues related to provisions under the Information technology Act, 2000. Pavan Duggal advised them on the said matter and prepared a petition, on the behalf of the registered society, challenging sections 66A, 69A & 80 of the Information technology Act, 2000.
